Hi,
What happens to a region (i.e. who becomes Delegate) if there's a three-way tie? It would appear that three nations in my region all have the same number of endorsements (2). Does this mean power is shared or that the previous delegate stays on?

If I remember correctly, with ties the current delegate retains power, and in cases where there is no current delegate the nation that has been in the region longest gets to be delegate.
