Hi!

Two questions:

1. Dang I have to log in alot! I wish I hadn't picked this tongue twister name. Even if I click the "remember me" button i have to log in everytime. Any fix on that?

2. Is there a way once you log into find your immediately past meesages to look for repsonces. I find I have to pick thru these voluminous threads to find my posts and then click on my name to find the past messages.

Thanks!

1: Not sure about that. Maybe someone else could help ya cause i'm drawing a blank right now.

2: There is a feature on Jolt. if you look down past where you post there should be additional options, one of them being "Thread Subscription". If you click an option from that drop-down menu and hit the "Submit" button under that, it will not only post your message but also subscribe yourself to that thread. Then when you click on your User CP it will show any and all subscriptions that have had any new posts in them.

Sounds to me like you are having a cookie problem. Look in your settings for your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc) for the cookies settings. If you can delete individual cookies, delete all that you find for jolt.co.uk and forums.jolt.co.uk. Next time you log in (and Remember me), it should stick better.

Thanks.

It looks like in IE I can only delete all cookies (which I know is a PITA).

Thanks, I'll try that!

You can also subscribe to all threads that you post in automatically: Click User CP, click options, scroll down to the Messaging & Notification box, then look for Default Thread Subscription Mode, and there will be a drop-down menu for different subscription options.

Assuming that you're not using the forum links over at the NS site, if you are then that's your problem they've been broken for a while now. (unless they've been fixed and I just haven't heard about it)
