NationStates Jolt Archive

It seems that everyday, at pretty much exactly 11:03 PM EST, the forum has a database error, and I can not use it. It starts working again at about 11:20 PM EST, and doesn't do it again after that (that I know of). Is this a known problem, does it happen to everyone, or am I the only one unfortunate to have to stop posting for 17 minutes?

We don't control the Jolt side of things, so it's speculation at best ... but I'm guessing they kick off some sort of automatic maintenance routine at 04:00 GMT every day. Go watch Jon Stewart or something. That's what I do.
