I'm posting this for another nation since they can't.
They've had their nation for 4 months now, but have not been able to post anywhere on the jolt forums. They have logged in using the nation name Eleka Nahmen Nahmen and their password. Is there anyway that this can be fixed?

Hmmm. Eleka Nahmen Nahmen is one of those unfortunate nations created when the forum link was screwed up. Something in the middleware doesn't like certain nations. As a consequence, it has an apparent Jolt account, but the two can't communicate. At this point, it can't be fixed on our side, and experience tells me it won't be fixed on the Jolt side.
No, it can't be fixed. Make a new forum puppet if he wants to post. Sorry.
