how do make post when you are posting something? also how do make polls

Your signiture already shows up.
And making polls is all a part of "Create a Thread". Below the first "Submit New Thread" Button there is another box with several options. Amoung these are "Show your signiture", "Automatically parse links in text" and others.
Near the bottom you should see "Post a Poll" and then a check box just below that. Click the check box and select the number of poll options that you want and when you hit Submit it will bring you to another screen that you can type the question and answers in.
