While cruising the East Pacific I came upon two nations which had their last activity listed as 179 days and 209 days ago. I checked the FAQ and vacation mode still seems to have a limit of 60 days. I'm curious. What's the deal?

Zombies. Give us their names, and we'll drive a stake thru 'em.
(it's the other side of the "no issues" problem. The region doesn't 'see' them, so they don't get updated)
