I have not been able to find this problem on any of the suggested links in the Sticky regarding Technical problems.

For one reason or another, my nation's population has not gone up or down in the past month. I have been addressing issues twice a day, everyday, and still nothing.

I have tried moving my nation to another region and then back, to no avail.

Thank you in advance for helping me with this problem.

You just moved out and back yesterday. You've had one update since the move. That update isn't going to restore a month's worth of missing data - it's just going to be a normal update.

We're looking at 5-8 million per day, which at your size (2.598 billion) will show up as .005 to .008 billion. Your nation and region look perfectly normal ... now. We can't tell what it looked like yesterday.

If you're not over 2.6 billiion by this time tomorrow, post again.

I read somewhere that a solution was to move your nation to a region and back, and then the next issue update would grow the nation normally.

I was expecting to surpass 2.6 billion today, but nothing happened. So yes, I will repost if the population grows any.
