"[nation] lost UN Delegate status"

I've noticed that sometimes the Regional Happenings doesn't record when a nation loses UN delegate status - why is this? As example take the Region Happenings of the regions of Asmer and 5 Percent Nations:

* 162 days ago: The Commonwealth of Asakura ceased to exist.
* 162 days ago: The Grand Duchy of Zeonistic States ceased to exist.
* 251 days ago: Lush hyrule lost UN Delegate status.
* 251 days ago: The Confederacy of Lush Hyrule ceased to exist.
* 282 days ago: The Free Land of Yaksalot ceased to exist.
* 289 days ago: The Armed Republic of Maximus Romana ceased to exist.
* 307 days ago: The Kingdom of Angry Elves ceased to exist.
* 321 days ago: The Armed Republic of Endyfyr ceased to exist.
* 323 days ago: The Free Land of Wildfowl ceased to exist.
* 326 days ago: The Armed Republic of ChaosEffect ceased to exist.

This is as we would expect, but in the other region:

* 84 days ago: The Nomadic Peoples of The Event Horizon tried to enter the region but did not know the password.
* 229 days ago: The Dominion of Endless Bliss ceased to exist.
* 318 days ago: The Free Land of Kissesria ceased to exist.
* 412 days ago: Kissesria arrived from Lazarus.
* 412 days ago: Endless bliss changed the regional password.
* 427 days ago: Kissesria departed this region for Lazarus
* 443 days ago: The Free Land of Kissesria ceased to exist.
* 446 days ago: The Republic of Cableania ceased to exist.
* 639 days ago: Endless bliss changed the regional password.
* 639 days ago: Kissesria arrived from Lazarus.

Both regions predate founders, and in both cases a serving delegate ceased to exist, but in 5 Percent Nations the loss of the delegacy isn't recorded (the third bolded line shows a time with 'Endless bliss' must still have been delegate; the first bolded line shows that a password is still in place despite the lack of a delegate or founder).

I'm really not sure. I just wanted to say that those are some crusty old regional happenings you found...

I have knowledge of a region with messages at 1165 days... :)

(although the activity's not so ancient, due mainly to deaths and resurrections.)

I'm making a list of all the founderless (in the sense of never having had a founder) regions. It's taking a while 'cause I don't want to kill NationStates by trying to download 13,000 XML files in a couple of seconds.
