Having consistently seen the same issues over and over again, I got comfortable with occasionally choosing the humorous option as I was confident I could simply correct this later. When I saw the option to ban all prisons, I found it amusing to do so.
There are a few issues I see as often as 4 times a week so it never occurred to me that I would never be able to change my selection. Several months later, and one issue has proven to be unique. When you look at my nation, you will note that it still has an utter lack of prisons.
Would it be possible to have the random selection of issues slightly modified to reduce the likelihood of seeing the same issue every other day while other issues never arise?
