UN Question

If you've voted for a resolution it says in red letters that you've voted, so that vote is added to the total number of votes.
Now, in the old days there was a way to vote with non UN nations, but Sal has fixed that (at least I thought so). Today I found a way to vote with non UN puppets. I won't tell how it works here, but I wanted to know if the mods know that it is possible (and yes, it says the vote counts, I tried it with some puppets;) )

I've mailed it to admin@nationstates.net.

Another question: Back in the old days you could vote with puppets by opening the 'vote for/against' link into another window and changing the name of the nation you voted with into one of your puppet's names. Would it have been possible to change someone else's vote using thesame method (Say, the delegate of The Pacific voted 'for' and using that method you could change his name (and thus his vote) into 'against')?
