Problems with the Compliance Ministry.

Can anyone explain this to me?

Received: 105 minutes ago - Laws have been enacted to bring the Republic of Gaelic Eire into compliance with the United Nations resolution "Freedom of Assembly".
I voted for this resolution and the vote went my way and yet they say they have forced me to comply. I simply don't understand. :confused:

That is just a message just to say that the stats of your nation have been updated. Everytime a UN proposal is voted and becomes a Resolution EVERY UN member receives a message from the UN Compliance Ministry
UN resolutions affect your nation as much as issues.

Only when you're not in compliance with the new resolution you get a TM.

Every live nation which is a UN member during the update when the resolution passes gets those telegrams with the passage of every UN resolution. To the best of my knowledge (and my knowledge is pretty 'best'), there are no exceptions.

Really? I thought you only got those TM's when you're not in compliance. You learn something new everyday:p
