Unable to access forums

One of my puppet nations, The Clokwerk Horde, cannot log onto the forums for some reason. At first I thought it was just the “Email Verification Failed” glitch, but after about a month it cleared up. I made a few posts with the account (see -http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=11451033), but then I could no longer log in. I checked the members list, and it’s not even listed.

Yeah, your puppet was screwed up, all right. Probably part of Jolt's current issues.

I've sent you a new email validation. No promises that it will work, mind you, as the core issues at Jolt are still unresolved. Try it and see.

I got the email, but when I clicked it the email verification glitch reared its ugly head. *sigh*

Try logging in anyway. I had to have my access fixed recently, and even though I got the error, I was able to post again.

...as you can plainly see.

Still nothing. When I examined the new email, the name isn't capitalized correctly. Instead of "The Clokwerk Horde," it's "The clokwerk horde." I doubt that has anything to do with, well, anything, but I figured I might as well post it.

When I try logging into the forums via Jolt, I get a message that says, "You have entered an invalid username or password." Et cetera.

So, I don't suppose there's been any breakthroughs in my case? Anyone have any ideas at all? Should I just create a new nation with a similar name (something I am loathe to do)?

I just:

-Requested a password change for the nation in question. It arrived, but was for the wrong nation.
-Switched all of my other puppets to mu Outlook Express email account, leaving only TCH on my gmail. Not one of my verification emails has arrived on OE, making me think It does not work with NS
-Requested a new pass for TCH. It arrived, I clicked the link, and it appeared to work. That is, until I got on the forum. Still broken.

Sometimes the password recovery system will send out multiple E-Mails for any and all nations that you have using that E-Mail account. Make sure that not more than one came in and think back if you've used a different E-Mail account that doesn't exist anymore.



I know about the multiple E-Mail thing because i have 4 nations running off of one GMail account.
