Wouldn't it be awesome if a region could vote on laws together for the region to be more united? It would work almost identical to the way the UN works, except for a few minor differences.

1. No Delagates - There are no delegates. Instead, you have to have a moderate amount of power in your region. If the region owner accepts it though, it will go through.

2. Anyone can come up with a proposal, but the region owner can ban a person from making one.

3. New Catagorey (Abratary) - I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly. What it is, is that you could make a proposal, like lets say, THE GOLD STANDARD. In it, it states that everybody will have to have there currency has gold ounces or get kicked from the region. Now, scince there is no way to make this rule measurable, (will, it might affect economy for the good and envirolment for the bad for this example) it would have to be arbratary to make it more of a statement that can get you kicked if you don't fallow it. Now which union dosen't have rules like this? Think of the Europian Union with there Euros. It could also be a way of saying the way the regional government works (like somebody is the Enviromental Expert and somebody else is the Industry and Economy Expert. Wouldn't that be Abratrary as it alone, affects nothing.

So what do you think? The effects this thing has is unionization of regions, but it also might mean that people might not join the UN because they can impose there laws on a smaller scale. This would make reigions so much better than a place to RP. Of course, it makes it so that griefers could easily change all the laws to the extreme of one side, but hey, why do you think they made repeals?

Well for starters, if you do this, all your laws will be abitrary, since they don't change things like Enviroment over Industry laws and things like that. They don't have anything for controling gambling laws and other things. Because this is on a regional level also, if you don't like the laws, leave the region and go to one that you do like. If you don't like the UN laws, you can't just go to another one now can you? If you can, great. Point me to it. With URNs, you can only choose one, but if you don't like it, you can choose a differnt one. URNs also make it possible to impose your ideas on two levels. Now, lets pretend that the vast majority of the people like the idea of making gambling illeagle in your region. Well, you decide to toss it at the UN, and that do not, and I repeat, do not want it period. They think it should be up to the Nation. Well, than you have a chance of making it so that it's leagle in your region, why not jump at the oppurtunity? I mean, everybody will agree with you.

As I've stated before, this will make regions more united. of course, this could make regions not have any UN members. I also believe that we should be able to name the comitee. I mean, what sounds better? URN or Havaco's Law Comiteee? Yes, the UN is a comitee also. Think about the Europian Union. They are of a region, and they formed there own comitee.

Would require a major overhaul of game code. Would be setting up a secondary, psuedo UN. Two major reasons that it's not gonna happen.
