As a new Regional Delegate I want to update the Regions world factbook entry - I have found all the coding for colour etc. But cannot find anywhere any instructions on how to carry out this simple task. Please tell me I am being dim and direct me to the relevant info....

On your region page, at the very bottom of the WFE, under "Tired of life in South Pacific...", there should be a link to regional control.
