I recently made a new custom flag to replace the old custom flag I had made, but now no matter what I upload it still shows the old custom flag. What can I do to fix this?

You need to empty your browser's cache, then you need to refresh your nation's page (i.e. log in and then refresh the page). If that doesn't work immediately, then your new falg should show up in a few days.
