#2. along with currency and national animal- have a Capital City section so that can be included into issues (such as the Arson one where if you allow Arson, it says your capital burnt to the ground- include a capital city name.
#3. Mass Messaging for Founders and delagates to allow all of the regions members to read a message in the telegram feature.

Doubt it will happen. HTML can cause the spread of viruses
Why would that be? People don't really need the use of their capital city in issues
That will most likely put too much of a strain on the Telegram system, thus causing problems with the server.

I can tell you right now that all three of your ideas have been suggested before and have been shot down.

1. Like Shazbotdom said, can spread viruses not to mention that allowing pics would mean that the mods would then have to keep an eye on them to assure that the pics do not violate the rules.

2. The mods have enough problems with people abusing the custom fields we have now.

3. Great, a way to telegram spam an entire region with the push of a button.:rolleyes:
