I have a nation called The Dominion of The Rastoran Syndicate, I try to log in on jolt but instead if gives me a [NS:]The Rastoran Syndicate as a username. I keep having trouble logging on to jolt with this user account. I have tried entering the name both ways with the [NS:] and have asked for the reactivation emails. I have not received the email for this account and I can not fix it manually..

There is a glitch between the Jolt interface and the NS interface that stems from Jolt's last upgrade. It breaks the link the nation and the forum account for new and resurrected nations. We are aware of this and apologise for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do about it without Jolt.

I think the link is also broken for old nations that have not yet posted on the forums. When I was logged in with my puppet I suddenly received two emails from Jolt to activate the account. The first gave me the [NS] prefix and the second one (received not even a minute after the first) gave me the [NS::] prefix, and I could also login with the normal username for that puppet.
