i have it set to recieve 2 issues per day, but i am still only recieving 1 per day. anyone know why?

Are you using a web accelerator? If you are trying turning it off for www.nationstates.net
If thats not the case then i don't know.

As in, they will come about every 12 hours, not 2 at once.
