Idea for improvement: Notifying UN proposal status

I'm not entirely sure if this is where I would post this or the manner I would go about suggesting this change, but it's the best route I've found. If there's a better or more appropriate way of doing things, please tell me.

As an idea for improvement to the game, I was wondering if a feature could be added that notified you how your UN proposal did. There's already a feature that notifies UN members when legislation is passed. So, along that same sort of line, why not about your UN proposal. Not everyone can log on just before the server updates and your proposal is kicked out of the list. It'd just be nice to have a telegram that lets you know how it did, kind of like the following:

"Your UN proposal "--place name here--" was timed out of the proposal list and was removed. It had a total of X votes."

It'd just be something useful to have so people can better gauge how successful their ideas are and what sort of changes to make.

That sounds like a very good idea.

That would be a useful feature, however it all depends on if Pythagosaurus is willing to make the changes.

I like that idea too.:)

I like it too (and getting a final list of the approving delegates included in the message, for possible future use, would make it even better...)

Hmm...

"Your UN Proposal, 'Right To Arm Bears', was deleted for containing a very old, and very unfunny joke. We hate you."

Hack, we're talking about the proposals that die a natural death.

Hey. It could work both ways....;)

After a little more thought, it would also be nice if you were telegrammed when your proposal passed and made it to the queue (you might already have that feature. I wouldn't know, though, as everything I have submitted died).
