"No cost"?

I am UN-Delegate of the nice-little region FIFA. Since we are a Sports-RPing region, I want to link to current World Cup threads in the topic. When I enter Regional Control, it tells me the edits cost nothing ("No cost") but then it telly me I have not enough regional influence to make the changes. Sorry for the language, but WTF?

We think that this is caused by the different ways that different browsers interpret Java or Javascript. In some cases, Firefox tries to re-password the region (with assosciated costs) each time you try this, but Internet Explorer doesn't.
Try it with a different browser and let us know if that solved the issue.

You don't have enough regional influence to do that.
Again! And since as you said, it's a FF issue as well, I do not see how to deal with it, since I have no Windows and wouldn't use it.

It seems to work correcrtly with both IE and Netscape...for me anyways.
I've never had any problems with FF
