I log in this morning and I now have free and open elections but have had no issues to change it back from when I outlawed elections. Is this suppossed to happen as I dont want these people having a say it who runs the country.
so to sum it up Last night was a dictator with elections outlawed and this morning I have free and open elcetions :(

You chose an issue that granted slightly greater political freedom, enough to push you into the category of I.C.D. That always gets a description of free and open elections.

If you don't like it, choose issues that clamp down on political freedom. I don't know what kind of civil or economic situation you want, though, e.g. a benevolent dictatorship, a psychotic dictatorship, a corporate one, etc. Neither will have much political freedom...
