Hello, I'm new to the site...just wonderinf how you can change the civil rights of your country...or does that change over time. also how do you interect with other countries. oh and what does the dossier bit mean? thanks Nicola

You can change the civil, economic and political status in your nation by answering issues.
You can interact with other nations by:
-Sending them a telegram
-Posting on your regional messageboard
-Posting on these forums
-Posting on a region's off-site forum (not all regions have one)
Your dossier helps you keep track of other nations. It will show you their UN Category, what region they are in, if they a UN member, and when they were last active.
