How do you find out which regions have the most nations

I would like to know if there is a table of all regions in the game and whether you can find out the ranking order of regions with the most nations. I.E the north pacific has 4,000 nations is first second is gatesville with 3,597
If there is one can somebody please post the link and i will be gratefull, if not could you still post and tell me that there isn't. If there isn't i think there should be one.

I have this one, although it's been almost four months since I last ran the program that generates it:

I'm running an update now, but the NationStates server is running really slowly at the moment (it's only downloading a page every ten to twenty seconds), so it'll be a while before it's done.
