My region being invaded brought up two questions I would like to ask.

1.We had a few nations that were booted from our region. How long until they are able to come back?

2. Before leaving, the invaders barred UN Delegate access to Regional Control. Because our founder became inactive we have no Regional Control, is there anyway to restore U.N. Regional Control?
