So, this isn't my problem, but since the person can't post this here (due to the problem) I'm posting it here for him. His actual thread is in the General Forum. I don't know that you can help, but maybe you have suggestions for him?
Excuse me for posting in the wrong forum, but this appears to be the only one I can view. All of the other forums come up as "This page can not be displayed".
