Today when I went to adress my issues, I found that clicking on 'accept' underneath any of the options did not do anything. It looked like it did, but it won't automatically take me back to my nation's main page like it normally would, and when I go back there manually, all the choices I made seem to be erased, and all issues are once again listed as 'unaddressed'. I'm tired of going in an endless loop, already.

Can somebody help?

You're either using a web accelerator or your system is caching our pages. Turn off the accelerator for this site and/or clear your cache. Logging out and back in will also help sometimes.

Thanks... that was happening to me too... Getting annoying too I must say...
