Earlier today I Applied my Nation to the UN and I overlooked my email address and the ai in mail were switched around so i cant get sent the email to join the UN so i dont know what to do, and i cant apply again because it wont let me.

1. Change the email address to the correct one.
2. Wait for the confirmation telegram. At that point I believe you should be able to reapply again.
