One, for the sake of the growth of a region, is there anyway to find nations of a certain population range? For example, all those of less than a billion? Better yet, all those of less than a billion not currently in other regions?

And second, I can't seem to approve UN proposals anymore. Is something wrong or is it just a glitch?

All nations are in other regions. And I don't know of any way to sort by pop.
