Keeping Countries Active

Hi, I couldn't find this anywhere else, so I hope that this is appropriate. I am going to be away from a computer for at least 3 weeks, and I was just wondering if there was any way I could keep from losing my country. Can it still be kept active or will I just have to ask to have it restored when I am able to get online again? How do I go about doing that?

Thanks so much.

Your nation will remain alive for 28 days without logging in, but you can also put it in vacationmode, under settings, so it will remain alive for 60 days without logging in.

If your nation did die, you can go to the Getting Help page (link is on the FAQ page) and ask for it to be revived in the form on that page. They only need the name of the nation, not the password or emailadress or anything. Your nation will be sitting alive and well in the region Lazarus then after either a few minutes to a few days, depending on the length of the task list. Most of the time you don't get a message that it's back, so you'll need to check that for yourself. The password will still be the same as it was when it did die, settings will also be the same, but custom flags will be gone.

Restored UN nations are also removed from the UN upon restoration, but may rejoin if you don't already have a UN nation. Just an oft-forgotten FYI.
