Unable to access very old country

I had a country here probably a few years ago now, and was wondering if I could get it back? I felt sure it was called "Necronia". When I took a look at the country's page, it had the wolf as the national animal (I always use either the wolf or the hawk) which is right, but I can't remember if I used that flag or not. And there's no way I can remember the password now. Could admin tell me if there was an email address used with that country? I'd be able to ID whether it was mine or not from the email. If it's not Necronia that was mine, it's a country with a similar name. Damn my memory :-(

If I can't remember the password and there's no email attached to it, have I essentially lost the country for good?

Necronia was restored a day ago, and it does have an email associated with it. We can't tell you what the email is for security reasons. You'll have to remember it.

I'll give you this much: it's not an email from one of the big email providers. It appears to belong to a private domain. A visit to that domain shows some generic web content and a search box. If you can recognize it from that description, it's probably yours. If not, you're screwed.

That's strange because I've never had my own domain :-\ My addresses have always been ISP ones.

My email ISPs have been (from memory), Enterprise PLC, Force 10, Eidosnet, Red Hot Ant, FSnet and my current one Eclipse. But I've also had a handful of obscure webmail ones too (I had more addresses than sense when I first got on the web). Does any of the following words figure somewhere in the address?:

nick
silverhawk
cool-zero
analog-kid
timerace
temporal-refraction
pbem
virtualtrek

If it's not one of them, I can't think of anything else - probably means it isn't mine. It's Nec... something, I can't think :-(

It's not yours.

Weird. I felt sure it was that because I thought I'd named them after the alien species I created for the USS Deimos RPG. Perhaps I tried but Necronia was taken so I used another name :-\ The wolf correlation must be a coincidence.

Is there a country on record with any of the words from my previous post somewhere in the controller's email address? If you're able to reel off the country names, one might click with me. I know I had two old ones. One was "Arcadia" (circa first half of 2003) - I still have the flag I designed for it on my HD (black background, hawk flying across a full moon, crimson and navy gradient edging). The other... can't think. Could you check for me?

No.

There are close to two million nations, with approximately 1.9 million of them deceased. Even if we had the facilites to search that list, there's no way we'd tackle a fishing expedition of that magnitude. The only useful search datum you've provided is your flag, which is auto-deleted for space reasons when your nation dies.

Sorry. It's up to you to keep up with such things.

Wow, didn't realise there was that many nations. Okay, it's understandable that such a search isn't feasible then. Thanks anyway for letting me know the score.
