Today i got the Transsexual Demands Recognition In Chosen Gender [unaddressed] issue. The fact that i legalized gay marriege while ago seems to have disappeared

Okay, I'm a little confused here.

If you're talking about your issues list, then once you've decided a position on an issue, it will disappear and an effect will show up in your nation description. If you're talking about your nation description, it only holds 4 decisions at a time, so once you've made more then 4, it starts to roll over.

If you don't decide on an issue, it will build up in your issue queue until you have 5 issues. At that point, you won't receive any more until you decide on one or more of them.

it only holds four at a time? that kinda sucks.

It still affects your nation's stats. It's just that it gets a little ridiculous to show a few thousand decisions on a person's page. Four is reasonable.
