Idea: Regional Management Improvement
These are a few of my ideas to let founders/delegates manage their regions more effectively. If someone has already posted these, I'm sorry.
Clear HQ: The ability for a founder to clear the Civil Headquarters of all messages, which is helpful in case of spamming.
Mass Message: The ability for a founder to send out a telegram to all nations in the region to ease the spread of important news.
Private HQ: Similar to making the password visible/invisible to outsiders, accept this feature effects the Civil Headquarters.
These are my ideas as of yet, I will post more in this thread when I think of them. Let me know what you guys think so I'll know if I'm an idiot or not. :P
They are some very good ideas. I especially like the one where founders can select who they wish to telegram. Mass telegraming would be a lot easier for founders. It would get fairly annoying having to go through each nation one by one.

Mass telegrams has been suggested and rejected as too prone to abuse. Won't be happening.
The others are sorta interesting. Let's see what people think.

Founder already has the right to clear their HQ by posting a simple "clearing spam" message. Hopefully done *after* the spam is reported. ;)
Has a founder ever abused many nations in a regions before?
If a founder were to abuse the ability he could be deleted, and of course a founder could choose to allow a delegate to use this feature. As for clearing the HQ, a resident of my region pointed out the fact that repeatedly posting "clearing spam" is spam in itself, even though it's not used abusively. Clearing the HQ would allow a founder or delegate (if allowed) to clear the HQ when necessary with the click of a button.

Posting "clearing spam" by anyone BUT the founder is spam. However, the founder is allowed to do that, as it is their region. If your suggestion would be for the delegate to also have that ability, then it would be different then the current ruleset.
What exactly is wrong with the founder being able to mass telegram the region?
If someone wanted to spam a region they created for some reason, they would do it whether they had to send individual messages or not. As for clearing the HQ, posting "clearing spam" is an effective method, but if you needed to clear the HQ FAST then clicking one button would be much easier. This also leads into my idea to make a Civil Headquarters invisible to outsiders, which of course would be an optional feature.
