on the issue of energy supply i chose wind turbine and solar power, yet it appears as i have chosen coal powerplants "vile black smog from coal power plants has enveloped several major urban centres".
is it possible to have this changed?

Wait until you get the issue again and make sure you opt for renewable power. It is possible you made a mistake and clicked the wrong option.

anyways i have the same problem, except with the selling organs issue, i clicked no, and im sure i did, and now it says college students make ends meet by selling their organs. and i know its not a black market side effect type of thing because in my other country when i got the issue a while back i clicked to allow selling organs and it says the same thing.

There are a couple of possibilities. Are you using a web accelerator to speed up your internet? If you are, turn it off for this site, as it can screw up the issues. Yes, assuming you clicked the wind turbine option, the result you got is the wrong one, but you *might* have misclicked.
