I attend a public school and when I try to acces the site, it says that my IP has been blocked. I was wondering, if this is the case, to get it unblocked because It wasnt me who got it blocked and I would like to use this site.

just a little tip from a friend so to say....
DONT post your IP, port and such on forums... Its like begging for trouble...

Yes, because it's so hard to get an IP of a person.

Who cares if it's the school's computer too.


Just a note though, if you have a UN nation... don't access it at school, or on a public computer, if another person accesses their un nation, you could show up as multies, and be kicked out of the un (or deleted in some cases, I think)....
