In Kuwait a nation that is not the founder or the delegate or even present in the region just ejected and banned a number of UN nations from the region. How is that possible?

Is this a bug, an exploit or what? How could those ejections take place? What gave Jesioneka the right or power to do the ejections and bannings?

My mistake, it was there and was the delegate, but the WFE lists no delegate. Is that normal? Do nations become delegate at some time before the UN Delegate slot on the WFE is written?

He's not listed as delegate because he moved out. The nation is now located in 10000 Islands.
