Anyone though of putting a Coat of Armes Feature?
That's a new idea, I think. Unfortunately, it most likely will not be implemented, as NS already hogs a lot of server power and bandwidth, and putting in that may cause too much of a strain. You might see it in NS 2, though. There's a thread for suggesting features for it, I believe. Try posting that idea here:

You mean for Regions?
Well, if you are the founder of a region and want a coat of arms, try designing it, hosting it and linking to it in your WFE.
This means that Nationstates doesn't have to use up any more server space.
For your nation?
Maybe put it into the corner of your flag? Or make it your flag.
