I apologize if there's a better place to post this, but I was wondering how an older region can get a founder assigned to them. I'm the founder of Eagleland, a region founded about two or three years ago, before the founder system was introduced. Is it possible to have the founder assigned to an old region or are we SOL?

(If you need me to, I can have other people post in this thread to back me up)

The best way for you to get a founder would be to have everyone in the region move out and refound.

The moderators here in NS won't change the founder of a region unless there is an overwhelming reason for such a change. Unfortunately, I don't see a real reason for them to provide such a change.

If you have enough support in the region, it should be fairly easy (although slightly time consuming). Under the influence system, you are allowed to kick everyone out legally or get them all to move on their own. Once the region is empty, at the next update send the selected person in to refound the region.

I'll leave the finer details and security to you to figure out.

Heh, that's far too much work. You'd think nationstates would care about the people who have been playing the longest, though...

We do. When we first put in Founders, we let people have them appointed. You know... three years ago.

And, I suppose I could give you a Founder, but that would be "far too much work".
