how do i create my own region?
my isnt quite radically conservative enough.

This probably belongs somewhere else, or nowhere. But since I'm not a mod, I'll just answer. Go to your region page and click "Tired of <REGION>? Move to a new region!" near the top of the page. On the next page, click "Create a New Region". Then fill out the WFE, whether UN delegate can access RC, etc.
