I have applied several times for UN status and I have never received an email. I have checked the spam folder and nothing. What's up?

Step 1. Get a new email provider. I suggest Gmail, hotmail, even Yahoo has worked for me. But AOL has proven time and again to *never* deliver messages from NS. You will not see them at all, spam folder or no.
Step 2. Send in the request again
Step 3. Receive the UN email in a timely fashion like you're supposed to
(at least it should work this way) :p
