Yeah, I admit it. I'm a big noob on this game. I'm trying to figure out most of what happens here, and I pretty much got a clue of this place. But I just have this one question. How do you make regions? If it's something really easy to figure out, then forget my nubishness and lack of common sense, but I'm really clueless on how to make one.
When at the "East Pacific" main page, you will see a link above, "Today's United Nations Report" that says, "Tired of Life In The East Pacific? Then move to a new region."
Once you click on this link, there will be a link which says, "Create a New Region" towards the top of the page. Click the Link, Follow the directions, Voila you have a new region.

Wrong. Every since April 2003 if you create a region you get Founder control of it. This means your region cannot get invaded unless your nation dies or you let the invasion happen for whatever reason.
EDIT: Stay in The East Pacific! It is a great region with a very good forum.
