The New Rules and Natives

I know that with the new rules now being inforced we technically can boot natives from their region when we become delegate (and the controls are on). I am a Pacific Defender and when we come into a region, we come in to either A) protect a region from an impending invasion OR B) save a region from a current invasion going on. Just last night I helped PD save a region from an invasion that had been ongoing for a while. I became delegate and decided that I wanted to start ejecting the invaders. Unfortunatly, I have no clue which are the invaders and which are the natives. I know after a certain amount of time the invaders would be considered a native but I think it would be nice if the game would give some indication besides influence as to whether or not a nation is a 'native' of the region. Maybe somewhere beside their residing region on that nation's page have in parentheses '(native)'.This would help greatly for those of us that are just starting to get the hang of these new rules and don't want to give a native the boot. :D

The best thing you can do as a external defender is to endourse natives.. (or usually just one native, the elected native delegate. This will help them by securing their delegacy and by providing them extra influence to deal with the invaders. Otherwise if you do what you had done, it's like (code-wise anyway) you are invaders. But good invaders, invading to get other invaders out and then leaving yourself.

If you have enough influence to eject someone, you can eject them.

The prior notions of 'native' and 'invader' have been scratched from the rules. The game makes no distinction between what used to be natives and invaders, nor do moderators. As such it is ones own responsibility to decide what definitions to use to decide on what to do. You may estimate 'native'/'invader' qualifications on your own and decide who to eject based on that, or you may prefer to flip a coin. It's all good as far as the ruleset is concerned. Ejection / password-wise, if the game allows you to do it then it's legal.

You'll have to use the intelligence services of your fellow defenders to determine which nations are invader nations and which are the nations that wish to be residents of the region.
