How do you use your influence to eject nations? Is there a special button to press or what?
When one is a UN Delegate, the regional page will have a link reading "[Region Controls]". On that page the Delegate can spend Influence to 'govern' that region. The system automatically calculates the cost of an action, and will deduct the Influence points from the Delegate's total when an action is taken (or refuse to perform the desired action when the delegate doesn't have enough Influence points).
