Is there any reason why there isnt a delegate in the south pacific? Is it a bug or may the ex del have left the UN after the last UD?

The old Delegate got tired and moved regions. No bug and she is still in the U.N.

It's a bit more than that, Emperor Matthaias, but essentially, yes, Goddessness moved her UN nation from the South Pacific. There will be a new delegate with the next update.

Yes I understand that but but being an East Pacifican I know little about the South's politics but gleaned what I could from the factbook.
