It's not fixed, but they tend to grow slowly at first and then faster later. Like an exponential or something.

that is not happening to me, it grows slow all the time

about the same number of population every day
It'll grow by like 1-3 million a day initially; later on, it'll be more like 5-7 million.

Hey as long as questions about the game are being asked...is there any way of seeing all the outcomes of your issues anywhere? It's just that I noticed it only keeps a certain number of them before the older ones disapeer, and I miss being able to read my country's spirtual advisor is a new age guru.

You're still small, though.

It takes about six months to get a billion people, but a little less time for every billion after that, kinda like an exponential.

It's because you're new. It speeds up after 100mil, then 500mil, then 1bn, IIRC.

To TENE; there are a set number of issues you hold on your nation's description. Count how many issues you complete a day, then count how many issue descriptions you get at any one time. You should be able to work it out from there:)

You could write them all down when you get them, and the corresponding issue. That's pretty much the only way.

By the way...Tribes - you're being helpful and not funny. Are you feeling ok?

You're new. It takes time to start adding people at a quick rate.

I don't know...I think I must be ill. Do you know what, I was making a valid point in an evolution thread before.

I think I need a lie down. And a can of spam. http://67.18.37.16/1381/85/emo/spam4.gif

Maybe you could try taking a time-out, and think up some ridiculous legislation the ESP could propose to the NS Parliament.

Actually... it doesn't speed up after the initial change. It's like what Gruenberg said. Proportionally, your increase goes *down* over time, since your population is increasing.
