I don't know is this only remains of 0 of 0 problem, but my nation is not growing, I get no issues and I'm not listed on UN reports.

Can this problem be fixed, or is something important data failed to be revived?

Try a quick move out of your region and then back in. That usually fixes the problems you're describing.
