About the government styles

I have searched rather carefully and there doesn't seem to be anything about this and this section appears to be the right spot to post it.

What are some of the differences between the government styles? From a bit of testing I have found the Libertarian has the best economy followed by Conservative. The only advantage that Compassionate seems to have is the government waste level. Is this the result of the level of gdp though? Libertarian seems to provide an unusually large boost compared to some of these choices. Liberal seems to provide good civil rights with lower economy power.

Interesting and information link, however does any website provide information about what those choices at the start do (the government styles on the fist page)? Do options like sensible affect hidden stats that are hard to perceive?

Not positive about this, but the "government type" question when creating a nation probably affects your initial stats and UN category, but ultimately its the issues that will decide how your nation will be run.

What are some of the differences between the government styles? It's mostly cosmetic. It's possible to have most any kind of government with whatever stats you want.
