I cant change my flag....
Well, I want a new flag... but it wont set it. I uploaded it from another custom one. Tried five times, deleted the original flag. It still uploads...
Although im thinking it may be too small.

Clear your cache. The easiest way is to force a refresh. On most browsers, that's CTRL-F5

Yeah, or sometimes just wait a while. When I most recently changed my flag, I had to wait like an hour.

I forced refreshed, made sure it was good enough etc. But the funy thing is...
I can see it at school...

I can see it at school...Then it's a local problem. Either your browser isn't loading the new image, or you're using an ISP that relies on caches to speed up the connection (ie: most "high speed" dialups).
