I don't know, perhaps I'm wrong. It just seemed like it sort-of happened, sort-of-didn't. The UN proposals didn't expire - you can see on page 1 that there are proposals that should have expired still in place - and there seem to have been delegate changes throughout the day. Obviously, the minor update happened as my puppets got new issues and the resolution vote ended, but the world ranking didn't change this morning. It's as though the major update didn't happen.

The region US of A did not update last night. I was the delegate yesterday and left the region before the start of update - 1:30 AM EST, IIRC. There is still no delegate listed even though there is one nation with a clear majority of endorsements and I (and others who left) still appear in the regionwide rankings.
