Well I don't know if this belongs here but I'll ask anyway.

How do you make links inside a post such as in a storefront where the link leads to a certain section of the storefront? Such as in the DMG storefront. That's the best i can describe it anyway.

I imagine he's linking to a specific post within the thread. To do that, click on the small black number in the top right hand corner of the post, and use that link.

if I understand correctly, you need a link within a page? if it's only the html code, and not something else, it's just a combination of

<a name="place_in_page"></a>

where you want the link to go, and

<a href="#place_in_page">Place in page</a>

as the actual link, that will bring you somewhere else in the page.

You can't use html on the forums. In order to have people be able to find a specific place in a huge amount of info, you have to separate it out into different posts and then link them, as Gruenberg said.
