I have the country of Nicktenstien and when i log in it works but when i go to another page like settings it comes up with my other countries home page how do i stop this since i cant just delete my other page:confused:

I'm slightly confused about what you're referring to.
You're in a region Nicktenstein (http://www.nationstates.net/50242/page=display_region/region=nicktenstein). As of this post, there are 7 nations (including you) in the region. As founder, you can enter regional control, which allows you to "manage" your region, kick people out and change the world factbook at the top of your region page.
Your nation is called Nicktenstien (http://www.nationstates.net/Nicktenstien). You have 5 million citizens in the nation.
